Less is More conditioners

For a long time I was interested in the Curly girl method; Washing your hair with a low-poo conditioner. I saw many beautiful pictures of beautiful curly hair on the Curly girl facebookpage and I always wondered: Should I try this too? Would I also get more curls if I would wash my hair with a conditioner? I took the decision to give it a try and looked into the method. I searched for a conditioner that would agree to all my standards and found the Less is more brand. Puurmieke.nl sells Less is More and I was very happy that I could try out 2 conditioners from them. The two conditioners that I have tried out are the Less is More intensive hydration Conditioner & Less is More Volume Conditioner.

Less is More

The brand Less is More uses bioactive vegetable oils, phyto Extracts, pure essential oils, lush flower waters, Highland honey, bee wax, fair trade Mascobado cane sugar, lecithin and glycerin.
All the ingredients are 100% certified organic and Less is More is against animal experiments.

The products are free of synthetic preservatives, fragrances, dyes, polymers, silicones, paraffin, Petrochemistry, PEG, PPG, parabens, sulfates, Glycols, Ethanoliamines and phthalates.
All this means that all products of Less is More low-poo (free of sulfates, silicones and Parabens).

Less is More Volume Conditioner

The volume conditioner was THE conditioner from the line Less is More which I really wanted to try out. Because my hair has been growing so much faster since I don’t use regular shampoo and hair products anymore, my hair is also more weight down. The longer your hair becomes, the heavier it will be and the faster your hair will weigh down. This last year I noticed that how much volume you will have, really depends of which product you use. The Less is More Volume Conditioner is a thick conditioner that cleanse your hair and scalp, strengthens the hair from the roots and nourishes the hair. After I had washed my hair with this conditioner my hair felt wonderfully soft, clean and nourished. My hair was full and airy! Totally not weighted down or greasy by too much nutrition. The conditioner has a delicious fresh peppermint scent that also keeps around in your hair during the day. And my curls? They also found this conditioner delicious and were very present!

Result after washing with intensive hydration conditioner

I found both conditioners of the brand Less is More very pleasant. Both conditioners made my hair and scalp really clean, but not to clean or lifeless as with shampoo. I got very nice nourished curls of both conditioners. AND What I also found amazing; After rinsing out both conditioners I had way less hair loss compared to another low-poo conditioner I had tested.
